Because some items are produced specifically after an order is placed, production times and fulfillment methods may vary between products.
Products from the same order may be produced or shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Personalized and Custom Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization, customization, spelling, sizing, colors, selections, and other information submitted when ordering a customized product.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalized and customer-designed products are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping
Love Peony Boutique currently ships within the United States and does not currently offer international shipping.
Processing times, fulfillment methods, shipping rates, tracking, address requirements, damaged packages, and other shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
Because many of our products are handmade, customized, made to order, or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Eligible order problems must generally be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations and Changes
